I thought they were pretty good. They are very attentive. I have no complaints about the people.

My 3 weeks there were a nightmare. Took over an hour for anyone to respond to my calls (in some cases yells) for help w/bodily functions (I wound up lying in my own filth), 1x it took an RN 2 1/2 hours to get my pain meds, 1 nurse was particularly abusive (threatening me w/restraints). Upon my long-awaited discharge they promised me I’d have home health Rn in 3 days (it took a week). Their internal compliance/complaints a joke! And Dr. Nguyen the hospitalist just did perfunctory listening to my chest and left w/o telling me ANYthing! The CA state department of public health has been notified. If you’ve other options PLEASE take them!!!

Rehab is a five. Hospital was good. Nursing was good.
