When I first came to this hospital my wound was pretty deep and large. But you guys did a great job and now it is so much smaller. I am doing well enough to go to another place now. But I don't want to leave, because I worry I won't get the great care there that I got here. Everyone was very good to me and I wish to thank them all!

You guys were amazing! I am so lucky I was sent here, this is the best hospital. Your nurses were all very good to me . Sometimes there were misunderstandings but they were all resolved professionally.

My nurses are the best! Marion and Vicky and Thao are all excellent. It is nice that thao speaks to me in my language it feels like home.

The nurses are friendly and patient and the nurses aides are thorough. the food is a lot better than anywhere I’ve been. The environment is pleasant and not loud. The doctors are open and listen.

Everyone was very attentive especially got comfort from Dennis when my Trach tube came out and I turned purple. He comforted me for a while and let me know I was gonna be ok. Michael is also very attentive, he co,forced me as well during breathing issues. and Nicole is very good at her job, very professional works well under pressure. Mary was very attentive always looking for ways to help. Dorothy made me feel good by painting my nails and figured out a discharge plan. Staff is very good about notifying my husband. Only concerning thing was security didn’t ask who he was visiting. Need to up the security and be more on top of people coming in and out.

Rehab team Stephanie Sara Brian Jessica and Erin are very attentive and are great team players , they work well together and individually. They take the time to understand me and are compassionate. I like the fact that a lot of people can read lips when I couldn’t talk here.

Exceptional service! I would recommend this place for anyone and if I’m ever in a hospital agaian I hope it’s this hospital. Best in Seattle! Any need I ever have is met.
