Treated my parent with such disrespect and cruelty. It was disgusting! She is terrified to go back to a medical facility. And, everyone blames everyone else. Doctors blame Pharmacy. Pharmacy blame Doctors. Nurses blame each other. Why is it still being allowed to remain open?

My experience from emergency to surgery to 2N recovery was, at every point, exceptional care. The emergency doctors and nurses were patient and empathetic and gave me excellent care – the surgery I experienced saved my life – words can’t say enough. The nurses and medical staff at 2 North Critical Care were beyond exceptional, and the nurses are all angels. My family and I are grateful for the care we received.
Thank You All.

Wonderful polite caring and efficient staff. Very informative and diligent performing their duties. I am happy to have to go to this hospital, if and when I need to.

When ambulance bring my daughter to hospital and My daughter and I waited for more than 8 hours, when it was time to check, the doctor called my daughter last name wrong . maybe he think me and my 10-year-old daughter don’t know our first and last names! until he called back I asked when it was my daughter’s turn (I read her full name). he insisted that I was calling this name. Until he brought me and my daughter into the room, he stood at the door, Im try help my daughter were looking for a place for she sit. He just looked at her and said it was just dry skin, just go home, wait a call from the special list he not eventually check what happen or look at it with flashlight… but he not… he so bad, bad and bad he not let my daughter take a seat either ( all he say is she ok, just go home and wait for speciallist call, put some vaseline on, she be fine!) He not even let talk. My 10-year-old daughter she had a lot of bleeding, waited for 8 hours, but only heard these words and then let me go, I would rather not let my child come here. I will have my family doctor refer her to a special doctor. and the examination is less than 3 minutes. too poor quality. I very much appreciate the two people who helped from the ambulance to take me and my daughter to the hospital. but I will never go to this hospital again.
When my daughter and I walked out there was an elderly patient waiting for the examination, she was also surprised to say that’s all? Just got in and out!!! He have to step down, this doctor’s job is not for him. The hospital is just open for come to talk and walking around and get full pay and going home and they try show off I’m a dr but his brain is blank!!!

The worst experience of my life . Brought there via ambulance for having closed airways , and troubles breathing . Sat there for 5 hours begging for a nurse to administer more inhaler meds . No one did . They send me out with a prescription for an inhaler to help re open my airways . But gave me absolutely nothing while I was there . The ambulance did way more for me than the actual hospital .
The only thing the hospital did was tell me I have pneumonia and sent me on my way
When I asked one nurse why I wasn’t receiving any care or meds to help me breathe , a different nurse responded to me with ” well no on is forcing you to be here ”
Absolutely disgusting ! Was then told I wasn’t getting care because they didn’t even have a doctor working the ER . Would have been much more comfortable struggling to breathe at home . What a waist of EVERYONES time .
Multiple people walked out while I was there last night due to no one being helped

Treated exceptionally well by Dr. Keeley and staff. Yes it was a seven hour process , however with pain meds I was made more comfortable while waiting for xray and CT. I understand and accept that different zones are based on triage protocol – life threatening conditions get priority..
