The staff are warm & caring. Daily volunteers are very caring. Food isn’t great, corners cut in menu, often cold-not much to look forward to. Almost no activities for those who aren’t quite ready to die yet, except for Wed. Tea ladies are great. Nurses are stretched too thin, and they aren’t trying to cure anyone, so patients aren’t encouraged to get up, walk, etc. unless family can take them outside, for walks, etc. Lovely garden courtyard. Pain control and doctor availability is great. I was welcomed to stay with Mom and treated well by all staff. Pastoral care is great. Fraser Health should fund better.

My dad spent his last few weeks there. The nurses ,social worker Lisa and spiritual advisor were unreal. Thank you for treating my dad as if he was yours.

Understaffed!! Only 4 nurses for 20 vulnerable high needs human beings . Some nurses should be trained to care for the dying in an efficient compassionate kind manner. Patients left to wait a long time for pain meds and personal care and even a drink of water !!! Disgraceful!! Shame on Fraser Health

Understaffed, probably underpaid if any reflection…
