    Dr. Joe Armstrong ruined my life and left me chronic pain that makes me suicidal on a good day. I wouldn’t let him near anyone with a butter knife, let alone a scalpel. He is incompetent, dangerous, reckless and should be locked up.

    LONDON HEALTH SCINCE CENTRE ( VICTORIA HOSPITAL ) TOOK BLOOD FROM ME WITHOUT MY ACCEPTENCE. I SENT COMPLAINT TO PATIENT RELATION AND SENT EMAIL TO THE VICTORIA HOSPITAL PRESIDENT BUT THEY DID NOT ANSWER YET.
    ONE YEAR BEFORE THAT THEY PUSHED ME, HIT ME AND PUT ME IN THE FORM FOR NO REASON TO JAILED ME IN THE HOSPITAL. IT IS SO SCARY TO BE THERE AND BECAUSE OF THEM I WILL NEVER ATTANED IN ANY HOSPITAL IN CANADA BECAUSE THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES AND NOT SAFE PLACE.

    I am a woman in my fifties. Post surgery I was forced to share a room with a sixty year old man. He took every opportunity to peer into my cubicle. He took to sitting in the chair where he could watch me through the gap in the curtains. I complained to my nurse and nothing was done. I think he had cancer so the hospital probably permitted the sexual harassment out of pity.

    Some of the. cardiac floor nurses are very rude !!! The fat short one only talks about her wedding day and don’t give 2 hoots about patients needs !!! Shame on you fatso !!!

    Nursing staff on 9th floor need a course on patient interaction and accommodation of their charges. Rude, impatient and some notably cruel nurses.

    Plain and simple.... UH is solely responsible for my Father's death. in early 2020, they nicked the bowel during a 'routine' gallbladder. Dad was 84 at the time and had never had any medical issues. They released him a few days later and we knew immediately that something was terribly wrong! Ambulance used the next day to send him back. We explained that he was hallucinating and was not living in reality. They brushed it off and sent him home. We sent him back the next day and fought to get them to check for infection. When they finally did something, they found that the bowel was open and pouring infection into his abdomen. Really? Shocker! Now, he is septic... They clean it all out. He's released again. He still isn't right. We have to send him back. They left a sponge inside. That poor man ended up in Parkwood for 4 months, during the height of C19. The infection continued to rage. He was hallucinating so badly that they were eventually forced to allow my niece to see him in person to try and help with his infection induced hallucinations. Fast forward to 2022... he has spent most of that time in and out of hospital. Now, he's back in due to a bowel blockage. Once again, he survives yet another surgery... once again, he is not right. We end up in the same loop as before. by June of 2023 he was 88 and dead. We probably should have sued their collective ASSES! We did our very best to help the staff look after Dad.... he was a handful! They did their best, but the damage was done in the OR and we got stuck with the results of incompetent surgeons. No doubt that some of the nurses were better than others (Taylor was an angel). We were all present for the 'end'.... one of the saddest and frustrating times of my entire existence! For those that should be in the healthcare field, THANK YOU! For the rest.... quit now and save your patients the extra pain and suffering! Well done UH....

    Arrived 5:30 PM Friday September 23/22 it is 1:40 AM Sept 24 I haven't get any attention. The hospital it's been used as a shelter for homelessness and the facility is so dirty. There are more than 10 homeless sleeping in the chairs using this place as a motel entering to the bathrooms every 30 seconds so the patients can't go to the bathrooms because this is scary. Incredible bad service and lack of security.

    This hospitall is a sad excuse for existance i wouldn't even take a shower here because the shower stalls are nasty as been getting nothing but crappy nurses each and every stinking day Pure torture

    Went to Victoria emergency with a fast spreading, itchy rash that didn't respond to benadryl. I was lectured (by 2 older male doctors simultaneously) about taking unapproved medication for a condition that doesn't exist... I was prescribed this medication from a LHSC Doctor. So I was given antihistamines and sent home. After 4 days of getting worse, I was able to make an appt with my GP. I had shingles, a known risk of my "unapproved" medication that I specifically asked these 2 doctors about. It's not the first or tenth time staff at LHSC had treated me with this level of neglect. I will never go back to any London hospital after this. If rather die at home with dignity than suffer because of this arrogance and incompetence.
