I spent 4 days in this wonderful facility and cannot say enough good things about the staff at all levels. I was extremely anxious about my surgery, total hip replacement. From the pre-op technicians and registration and intake staff, to the post-op care by nurses, therapy staff, maintenance and food handling staff, all were thoughtful, caring and professional allowing me to focus on healing wIth minimal stress. Even though staff were run off their feet, one nurse took the time to make me a cup of tea at night. There was a rather challenging patient in my ward and even though he was rude and swore at the staff they were respectful and professional. Thank you for making an experience I was terrified of into a pleasant one. I call it my poor man's vacation. Thank you everyone and thank you Dr S. Bhachu for giving me back my life. Keep up the excellent work. Silvia Rutledge

The pediatric doctor on call was on the ball tonight , the greeter at the front was wonderful and so kind to my son. He was crying with anxiety and she came over and gave him a little bear . Lots of nurses came by just to check on my little guy. Peter the nurse was our last nurse before getting transferred he was amazing on the ball and very informative . He was honest and to the point and made us feel as welcome as you can feel in a hospital .

Had foot surgery here in 2017 and will never go back to this hospital. Was not given any sedation during surgery, was not allowed to listen to music. I was given a spinal which started to wear off during surgery and I could feel the tourniquet around my thigh which was excruciating considering I was fully conscious during surgery . There were no wheelchairs available at the hospital to use. I was made to take a pregnancy test after fasting (not having any food or water for 12 hours), even though I assured the nurses I was not pregnant. The nurse told me they make every woman under 55 take a pregnancy test prior to surgery, which is ridiculous. So i had to try to squeeze 2 drops of urine after fasting.

Please don’t take your loved ones here – they’ll die.
My mom was taken of all food and died at 60.
Now my father, survived an operation, only to return to this filthy shit-hole to lie all alone in a room without food ..going on 3 days now.
Not even a fucken feeding tube.

The staff are extremely rude and offensive towards patients. They act as if people struggling are a burden and should be punished or blamed for needing medical attention
