I wasdelayed seeing Dr. Liu for 4 months as he was on vacation, they essentially forgot to schedule a follow up. Only when I contacted the clinic did I finally get an appointment. Appointment was veryrushed, Dr. Liu told me to sleep on my side for my severe sleep apnea and even when I said that didnt help he dismissed me. He prescribed APAP instead of CPAP machine and did not explain the differences in the machines or why he chose the setting that he did. The settings he chose are awful. My wife and I are healthcare professionals and know what good patient service is. I asked for a referral to ENT surgeon in my hospital who we know and instead, he referred me to his friend who lives far away and is close to retirement, Incredibly unprofessional and poor patient service

Loved reading these comments. This is a hospital not an all inclusive resort. Everyone wants free healthcare so they abuse the system. So real emergencies don’t get proper care. If you want a luxury stay at the hospital you should got to a private hospital.

Today I had some testing in digital imaging/nuclear testing that went very well thanks to the staff of the hospital from the minute I signed in with a great lady at your kiosk
I met a young gentleman Varoon Singh who handled the stress testing with the treadmill portion of the test.
In my 40 years as a former insurance contractor travelling around the GTA, I have to say that this is a great outstanding member to have on staff.
He was understanding and really cared about the patient as well as his own job showing professionalism with true character.
He has a natural way around people in talking and listening. His persona comes out in his approach and professionalism
It was such a pleasure to meet and talk with someone like this especially in this day and age with all the negativity in the world
I don’t normally send out emails but in this case I felt this individual should be acknowledged in his job performance as well as his professionalism as I was so personally impressed

A patient who also happened to help build this place – was told by a female Doctor in emerg – “Don’t come back here you have been here to many times”………kept so long without care – had to pay for private ambulance to return home.
The lack of care or consideration is a disgrace. Pictures to prove it!

Excellent experience with Dr Agatha Lau and the outpatient surgical team at MSN. I felt like I was their only patient today. The procedure was on time and Dr Lau answered all my questions and concerns. f up care met all my needs, and I was on my way home quickly. I wish i could remember the name of every nurse so I could thank them by name.! Thanks for a positive experience.

I am fortunate to have been a patient of Dr L. Kola Oyewumi for the past number of years. Because of Dr O, I feel more empowered and confident in my ability handle the stressors of everyday living.
