    This was the worse experience I ever had in my life. They did not include me in my own treatment and wouldn’t answer questions and were abusive.

    I have been a patient at emergency more than once!
    Long wait tim es! hard to find parking! Sent home with nothing!ha
    Staff looked overworked Have been to Lahey sll the same!
    PET Scan scheduled, Kthleen advised unable to drink wster after 7:30am? She wzs wrong! No info on dietary restrictions day before test given?es
    Test cancelled, clearly inexpeienced staff!
    Told that Kathleen was new?

    The worst hospital to go to. make sure you have a cemetery plot before having surgery. Some of the Doctors should be grave diggers.

    Spent 10 hours in a waiting room chair and never got to see the specialist. I was dehydrated and exhausted and left there feeling twice as bad as when I arrived. People lined up like sardines in the halls and waiting rooms. They just leave you for hours on end with no communication. The doctor was so rude and uncaring and he literally wants you to leave without treatment. On top of all that, the place is so dirty and they draw blood and treat people out in the open. I would leave zero stars but there were some staff members who were wonderful and working their tails off while others not so much. They need to work on communication and transparency with their patients. Seems more like a money making scheme than a hospital.

    Brian chung Surjanhata is the worst GI doctor Ive ever had. He doesn’t care about his patients and is fine with his gastroparesis patients suffering as long as its not severe enough to need a feeding tube. Even though I might need one in the future he couldn’t care less. MGH refuses to let me see another GI doctor because they don’t allow you to change providers. Worst care ever.

    My sister went in to have brain surgery. They did not give her pain relief the ENTIRE NIGHT following her surgery, bc the floor was under staffed and she wasn't listened to. She was writhing and crying out for help, begging for help, and not even a Tylenol was given. They gave excuses such as checking for cognitive ability but I clearly know of others who had brain surgery who were given pain relief and they had no issues checking their abilities. There needs to be standards made for ALL doctors to follow for mandated pain relief for their patients. This ‘belief' that a patient doesn't need pain relief or narcotics is insane and barbaric. Let's give the doctor the brain surgery and see how he feels afterwards?! Shall we? There is a time and place for narcotics and I dare say it was after this particular excruciating surgery! Medicating for 2 days will not cause addiction! My sisters trust and the entire families trust has been broken. We will encourage EVERYONE WE KNOW to avoid this hospital bc their issues are deep seated and won't be realized for quite some time.

    Mass General Hospital doctors almost killed my elderly medically-fragile mother with sedatives. A few days ago, I took her to ER where the doctors suspected some lung infection after an x-ray. She spent a day there waiting for a bed and spent another day in in-patient before abruptly being discharged home. For the entire stay, she received fluids and a partial-dose of antibiotics. We went home and returned to ER the next day because she was still sick and was now running low BP. This time round, my mom stayed at the ER for additional 2 days waiting for a bed. They not only gave her the remaining dose of antibiotics i.e. one that she ought to have received during the first admission, but also carelessly and unnecessarily gave her Trazodone. Apparently she had become hyperactive/agitated. The trazodone knocked her off, but the doctors didn't stop there. Hours later after the sedative wore off a little, she woke up and they gave her an addition 7.5 mg of olanzapine. She normally gets 2.5. mg of olanzapine. She was dangerously sedated that the next day I received a scary agent call from my mother's doctor that her condition had changed and was not good. She was not responding and no one could wake her up. Over-sedated. The doctors spent the next 1 &1/2 days away from what took her to ER, attempting to wake her up. The doctors have called me and profusely apologized for the ordeal, but I'm posting this so it never happens again to another person/patient.

    Terrible experience with the Emergency Room. In August 26, 2023 I was dying with gallbladder pain. My wife brought me to ER. They kept me SEVEN (7) hours and did nothing to help. We called for the in-charge person. Some lady came out to us. We nicely and respectfully asked for emergency help, because my condition was critical. I was passing out. She was very rude to us. Her badge was turned off as well as at all other staff. When we asked her name, she called the security and walked away. Stay away from this Emergency Room even there is no any other options will be available. They will not help you anyway.

    RN Kelly B in the emergency room was extremely xenophobic and dismissive — avoid at all costs. She discussed her previous case in front of me, responding “she's not sick” after another help staff voiced her previous patient's sentiments. She opened our conversation making discriminatory comments regarding my accent, up until my daughter with perfect English walked in. She continued to dismiss my situation as well, suggesting my blood pressure should only warrant a doctor visit at 210+. Lastly, when I requested a primary care doctor to visit regularly, she told me that is not possible after hearing which insurance I had. After confirming with a second RN, we learned it very much is possible with our insurance and that we will in fact be given a reference number to do so following our meeting with the doctor. Given her dismissive nature during our interaction, I can only imagine what else she lied to us about. I requested another RN, but the front desk staff said it wasn't necessary provided we will be seeing the doctor next. I feel very uncomfortable with hospitals and only came after suffering hypertension 2 for two weeks. It made me never want to see a hospital again

    I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Dr. Bradley Bousquet, for the incredible work he did on my dad's face after a severe accident left him with deep lacerations. Dr. Bradley Bousquet's professionalism and empathy immediately put my dad at ease, which was no small feat given the emotional and physical trauma he had endured. The surgery itself was a true work of art. Dr. Bousquet's precision and skill were evident in every stitch and suture. He transformed a traumatic experience into a story of hope and healing for our family, and for that, we are eternally grateful. Dr. Bousquet, truly is a remarkable surgeon, and we feel blessed to have found him!
