This hospital has no beds EVER. so if you decide to go to the ER be aware that you will be waiting many hours and when you finally do get seen you may end up in a hallway where everyone will know your private business. If you are really in need of being admitted go ahead and roll the dice as to the care you will receive.. You may end up with a nurse or two that really do care about your health and are there to honestly save a life, Thats if you are lucky because there is only a few. What is sure to happen is you will end up in a room where no one comes in at all because the nurses are TOO BUSY to take care of any patients. Bring your own water and be sure to have a loved one stop in at least once a day to help with your care. This is one of the worse hospitals I have ever visited! I complained and their response was always Oh we are sorry we missed that, well its things like forgetting someones meds or food or water or bedpan that is the worse. Or how about taking you out of your room at 3am because someone else needs your room and moving you into a part of the hospital that only has 1 nurse and she is not a good one? There is so much more I can say about this place but I would be here all day. My advice is find another hospital.

Graves Gilbert Medical Center is by far the better of the two facilities. I saw the ratings and thought someone had probably mixed them up, so I put their name on the title. Just a suggestion. The service, cleanliness and facilities are excellent. Of course all hospitals are too expensive.

I had my 4th child at the Medical Center of Bowling Green. Was very pleased with the staff and services provided.

Went to Med Center ER with stroke symptoms and double vision. After vitals were taken I was told to sit in the waiting area (not an exam room), where I was ignored for one hour with my symptoms worsening. I left and went to Greenview Hosp., where they immediately began stroke protocol. I had a mild brain stem stroke, the results of which I’m still trying to overcome. I’ve answered the survey they sent and written to the CEO, but I’ve never had a response to check on me or say they apologize and will train their ER admitting staff better. Greenview has written to check on my progress.
