I have never been treated this bad in any hospital in my life. Went to the emergency room terribly sick.. they put me on a stretcher and left me on the door for 5 hours.. no one was telling me anything.. my temperature was 102.7 I was freezing at the same time. Begged for a blanket and no one gave me.. They finally came and took my blood for testing and when the results came back the doctor gave it to the nurse told the nurse to come and tell me what’s going on.. The rude doctors in that hospital can’t even go to check on patients.

WAS AT THAT HOSPITAL WITH MY GRANDKIDS ON 12/21. THE DOC SAID THEY BOTH HAD THE FLU ONLY AND THEY DID NOT NEED ANY MEDS. I ASK WHAT ABOUT THAT BAD COUGH AND YOU CAN HEAR THE COLD ON THERE CHEST, PLUS THEY HAD FEVERS.. THE SIMPLE DOCTOR SAID IT’S OK THEY DO NOT NEED ANY MEDS. HE WAS ONLY IN THE ROOM FOR ABOUT 10 SEC. I ASK THE NURSE WHAT ABOUT THAT BAD COUGH AND YOU CAN HEAR THE COLD ON THERE CHEST. SHE SAID THE SAME THING AS WELL . MY DAUGHTER TOOK THEM TO THERE DOC AND HE TOLD MY DAUGHTER THEY HAD THE FLU AND UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION. THEY NEED BETTER DOCTORS AND NURSES AT MEMORIAL THAT WILL TAKE THE TIME OUT AND DO A BETTER JOB INSTEAD OF PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES….

Worst hospital especially the ER doctors that I have ever seen. On the floor the hospital doctor staff blocks your personal doctor from seeing you. I was awakened by two young female (doctors?) who said they were going to operate on me. At this time they had not even found out what was wrong with me. I looked at them and said NO your not. Finally my personal doctor was able to send his surgeon in. He did one test and determined that my gall bladder was necrotic, (gangrene). He did emergency surgery on Sunday afternoon and actually saved my life. One more day it would have gone into my liver and killed it and me.

Very poor care. Released with a major infection after delivering. Staff pulled out my iv tube picked it back up of the floor and put it back in my arm.

spent more time sitting and waiting to see a doctor and get a room then to get services had extremely high blood pressure chest pains tingling in my face all I got was a EKG after about an hour and a half of waiting and waiting room to going to get a CAT scan had to wait another 45 minutes still haven't seen a doctor but I didn't giving me all of these tests to take no one's talked to me nobody said anything seeing me or touch me same thing happened 30 years ago that's why I hate this hospital so unless I'm having a heart attack I'm in a coma or dead don't ever bring me to this hospital again I do better off dying at home in my own bed the staff is on the phones the cell phones nobody's friendly some of them are Kelly in CT was the best it was another lady there she could care less she had attitude and stayed on her phone yeah I need to step your game up it's all about giving all these tests getting money from the patient putting them in debt and they still ain't took care of nothing personally after about 30 more minutes I'm just going to walk out I'm not getting no service and it's causing me more problems because I can't sit long stand long or lay down long definitely can't walk but I guess they can care less about that this is not a hospital for anyone that should be calling morgue

This hospital kills black people. Do not go here. They left my mother in the ER on a stretcher with no room for over two days. Never gave her a gown. The students there treated my mother like she was a guinea pig. She would scream and beg for help and the nurses would either stand around and watch or they would buzz in “how can I help you” as my mother begged and bellowed in pain needing help. To the nurses and the doctors at this hospital, I hope all of your family members, loved ones and yourself are in the greatest bill of health of your life because you reap what you sow and you will have to answer for everything you have done to someone you can never outrun, not even in death.
