I have just left the hospital room 571 for 4 days. The nurse and Doctors where absolutely exceptional. Never have been treated so well by a group of happy people. The day nurse Donna was above and beyond the most considerate person I have met. Absolutely the best people. My name is Alfred Willard

Thank you so much to the Day Surgery team. They were informative , friendly, happy and made me feel safe and secure. They even called the next day to follow up on my progress and to make sure I was doing okay. Kudos to them for hanging in there in a world that is now so critical, uncaring and self-centred..

The outside entrance to the hospital is a disgrace. The garbage containers are seldom emptied and the sidewalk should be swept more often. It sure could use a lot more attention. I did complain to the information desk , and she said she would call someone. Three hours later the garbage was still piled high.

Staff are rude and made wait for like 5 to 6 hours to go in ended up not even going in and I left as I asked before I left I was yet left with another rude response just because they were talking about their life

I had a general day surgery, the nurses and doctors were wonderful. The anesthesiologist was funny and he was very polite and explained the process before putting me under. The nurses joked around with me and were great at explaining what to expect and how to care for myself after leaving. They were attentive and overall made it a great experience.

Judgemental. They segregate those struggling with addiction into a hole in the wall. Triage nurse is disgusting and as soon as she heard my partner is an alcoholic. She didn’t care. She didn’t know I’m a social worker and will advocate for him as well as all the other addicts present tonight. Lady if you’re reading this. Leave your job. You don’t belong in human services. Shame on you.

Another FAIL by this hospital- they should this hospital down and use the staff for the rest of the understaffed hospitals in Edmonton.
My cousin received a staff infection from this hospital- stay away from it!!!!

This country needs proper officials to oversee these doctors and nurses in the hospitals. To prevent this problem with hate crimes on people’s of colour. These officers should be elected by the community’s that are suffering. These officers should be able to have the ability to investigate incidents where they have the ability to fire or arrest these individuals. The disgusting things that have been taking place have to come to a stop and there has to be serious consequences for these trusted workers who not only have cost people there lives. Even little babies. Which took place in the Misacicordia Hospital. There better be some changes or there is going to be eventual war in the streets from uprising. Don’t kid yourself it’s not just people of color that suffer from the lack of proper care in these hospitals. Watch “The Good Nurse” on Netflix.
