I had a general day surgery, the nurses and doctors were wonderful. The anesthesiologist was funny and he was very polite and explained the process before putting me under. The nurses joked around with me and were great at explaining what to expect and how to care for myself after leaving. They were attentive and overall made it a great experience.

I have just left the hospital room 571 for 4 days. The nurse and Doctors where absolutely exceptional. Never have been treated so well by a group of happy people. The day nurse Donna was above and beyond the most considerate person I have met. Absolutely the best people. My name is Alfred Willard

Thank you so much to the Day Surgery team. They were informative , friendly, happy and made me feel safe and secure. They even called the next day to follow up on my progress and to make sure I was doing okay. Kudos to them for hanging in there in a world that is now so critical, uncaring and self-centred..

The outside entrance to the hospital is a disgrace.
The garbage containers are seldom emptied and the sidewalk should be swept more often.
It sure could use a lot more attention.
I did complain to the information desk , and she said she would call someone. Three hours later the garbage was still piled high.

Staff are rude and made wait for like 5 to 6 hours to go in ended up not even going in and I left as I asked before I left I was yet left with another rude response just because they were talking about their life
