I had the opportunity today of seeing Dr. Ari Grinspan for the 2nd time, and all I can say is–where has he been all of my life? He is the nicest, most caring, kindest, most compassionate, super-intelligent and knowledgeable physician I have met in a long time who genuinely cares about the patient sitting in front of him. He is able to explain in terms that I could understand. He devised a plan based on lab tests, and I left his office filled with hope. I asked him to please help shepherd me through this, and he said he had my back. I wept several times during the appointment (mostly tears of relief), and he kindly nudged a box of Kleenex my way. I cannot say enough good things about him. He’s so YOUNG to be so wise. If he could be cloned, the world would be wise to because he’s the real deal. He’s the kind of doctor you hoped for back in the 50s and 60s. I am so lucky to have found him online and booked an appointment with him. Surely God was smiling on me that day.

I am a PhD student here and I am appalled at the service from the Emergency Department. Lack of communication between doctors and nurses, lack of communication and transparency with patients, lack of beside manners from the nurses. I am so shocked that this is the service given by the very school I attend. If it weren’t so close I would deeply consider going to another hospital in the case of an emergency. Please reconsider going here if you can.

Trying to ask a simple question is impossible. It’s either mychart or call 911. It’s all menu and it goes around and around . This is a weekday.

Horrible Emergency Room Services. Nurse Ava was so disrespectful to the patients and their loved ones. Couldn’t be bothered. Sat there laughing and joking for hours while other nurses worked to help patients. She just kept distracting the other workers by acting silly and expecting them to “keep her company” The supervising nurse condoned this behavior.

Refused to treat me even though I was suffering with a serious UTI a result of sling surgery and a brutal menopause where I was forced out at 2:am after 3 transfusions,, clots in my lungs and was in shock. Only survived because I readmitted myself next day.My doctor didn’t show up was playing golf in Hamptons.

Dr. David Adam's and his team are phenomenal. Absolutely the most caring people in health I've ever had to deal with. The nursing staff on the 7th floor did a good job. The problem is the administration. My Grandaughter had heart surgery, after a few days on the 7th floor her anxiety got the best of her. She really needed some family to stay the night with her. After several phone calls, talking to several people we were told we would have to make arrangements during the day to stay the night. Problem 1 we had no idea her anxiety was going to get so bad. Problem 2 we weren't informed of this rule. We had been there daily since the surgery what did they think was going to change at 9:00pm? Administration said if they let one of us stay they would have to do it for everyone ummm no. How about a little compassion? If a patient is having a hard time let their family console them. Dr David Adam and his team A+ Nursing A Administration F very uncaring, no compassion, should probably look for a different line of work

I contracted Sepsis, Staph, Strep. Cellulitis and Permanent edema from what should have been a short routine procedure on my foot. The hospital is disgusting, the doctors non sterile and nursing care nonexistent. From all of this medical malfeasance the hospital wanted to amputate my entire leg. I no longer have a normal healthy life as I am now plagued by a practically nonexistent compromised autoimmune system.
