Napanee Hospital took care of me while I was ill, after being admitted. I am sub 40 however it did feel over crowded with a lot of elderly while I was there. The staff did their best to take care of me, however they appear overworked and understaffed. They just don’t have enough beds in the facility to give quality care. The only saving grace here is the staff, and its local location and proximity to so many. I would like to see the hospital receive more funding to expand.

Came to the emerge center go cuz I was having some heart issues and it left a lasting impression that I thought it was an amazing hospital the nurses are so kind the doctor was very nice I felt well taken care of and I just listen to the nurses talking to other patients and patients talking to the nurses and other staff and they were just completely nice to everyone and kind it made my experience feel like I was in good hands

Had xrays ordered but xray department was closed for the night and had to wait for a call to book the appointment. I live nearly an hour away and have to depend on family members from out of town for transportation. Went in to get the ordered xrays and was given the run around that the xray order was too old (1 week from first visit). Had to get it reordered, but by the time they got around to reordering it, xray department was closed yet again. So long as the ER is open, so should xray & other diagnostic imaging (ex. CT scan, ultrasound, etc.). What would happen to someone with a gunshot wound or other similar wound with foreign object in the body and they need an xray or ultrasound before removal?! Apparently they would die before getting the needed help!! And for those that have to travel long distances or have to rely on others for transportation, they are SOFL too.
