Went in for neck pain came out with a diagnosis and comment about my weight. Didn't ask for it but doctors seem to think we can pay hundreds of dollars to be fat shamed. Can I get a doctor that won't do that?

Overall, the entire place is great, but it is the nurses who take it over the top. They are knowledgeable, professional, patient, and supportive. They are with you 24/7, so this is really important. They are the best, both day and night shift!

The custom back brace they made me was first-class but the medical care awful. X-rays showed my spine fractured in two places. The doctor met with me 5 minutes, mumbled something about needing an MRI & left. I thought he’d gone to arrange an MRI but the nurse came in, gave me a referral to the brace office & told me I could go. No pain killer. When I didn’t hear from them (except the office making the brace, which took weeks thus necessitating purchase of an off-the-rack one) I phoned Methodist & set up an MRI there, requesting they send a copy to Nebraska Spine. About a week after my G.P. told me she’d received the Methodist MRI, Nebraska Spine phoned me to “Schedule an MRI!!!!”

The doctor that I seen was not good. When I told him my hands still hurt he basically blew me off.
