RUN away! My mother came in on an ambulance, and they put her in a waiting chair for 20 minutes till I got there. She had every sign of a stroke and was continuing to have a stroke while sitting their waiting chair. The nurses had one person they were talking to and the other nurses were chatting. Get far away from them. Please go to St Luke’s.

I spent over six hours in a very uncomfortable bed in recovery, when I was deemed ready to go to my room, due to overbooking and no room available in the hospital.

This hospital is overrated and only accepts minimal insurance companies which is sad. It is a beautiful and up-to-date hospital with peaceful surroundings. They are Dr. owned and I know everything in the world revolves around money, especially in healthcare, as I am in the industry myself. I just would like to say looks can be deceiving and their are great other local hospitals in the community just as good in medical treatment and many of the Dr.’s that are at North Cypress have privileges at other nearby hospitals. So if you have a budget I would do research first.
