Was very disappointed that the flexor release surgery required an IV to be administered. I’ve had two other surgeries that did not require this. Also my Doctor had said I could have a light breakfast, but the staff for Northwest Medical said Their policy was 12 hour fasting prior to surgery.

The staff was wonderful, caring, attentive and professional. It was a seamless experience from check in until I was able to go home.

I am highly disappointed in the fact that I called to scedual a bone scan for my spine. I was told I could come in for a bone scan without an appointment. That turned out to be false. I have 5 medical conditions which are worrisome and need these results for an appointment with Dr. Page on March 29. I would be less stressed if my bone scan would arrive at Dr. Page’s Office before March 29th. Nancy B

I was there for a Echocardiogram. My appointment was for 8AM. I arrived at 7AM.
It went great. They got me in early. I was out of there by 8:10 AM.
