All three of my children were born at the olds hospital, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff, the facilities, the care I received were all top notch. It is a wonderful hospital to have a baby.

Customer and doctor service is the absolute WORST. My boyfriend started waiting there at 3:40pm. Didn’t get into the room until 7pm, where we waited another HOUR for a doctor to come in. We literally just watched her sit there and chat outside the room for an hour while all of the rooms were full and waiting! An absolute disgrace! What a joke! I was also literally standing at the counter for 5 minutes while a nurse stared at me blankly before finally coming to talk to me 🙄 Don’t recommend this useless place! By the way, the place was pretty much dead the entire time, so this amount of waiting is beyond inexcusable.
