We went to endocrinology/ diabetes team. The appointment was a disaster.
Making the appointment was complex: hours of operation, reaching someone, passive-aggressive comments from some of the staff and lack of information on our appointment.
At the appointment : long delays, our questions were not answered, we don’t even know what is the process, everything was in English (francophone), we never even met the doctor because we didn’t plan enough time due to the lack of information we got when making the appointment
