Lourdes used to be spotless and concerned with patients. This changed around the time O’Bama became President. The 1st thing they did was adopt a State Issued Photo ID requirement which seems to have been an O’Bama Administration requirement issued by order to the Federal Trade Commission. This was then treated to varying degrees. The last several visits there – depending on the doctor’s receptionists constituted abuse – viz., rather than merely accepting (1) My State Issued Photo ID or Passport as proof I’m me and (2) accepting all of my personal information appearing on my Insurance card i was sternly forced to recite all of the information out loud in front of everyone in the waiting room. I was abused as such at least 3 times out of a half dozen visits. Within this same period of “change” the actual services provided also took a dive and this could be attributed to the fact that I had to trade down to a cheapo insurance plan. So in all I absolutely dread going to this place anymore it’s almost as bad as being a Pro se litigant in a State or Federal Court. So much for The People and Democracy
