Had surgery on my eye for a detached retina. Nurses in the ward where I was put were absolutely awesome! They were so caring and pleasant. Treated me like I was family. Thanks so much for everything you did for me!

Absolutely awful wait time. My husband went with
Abdominal pain and swelling… arrived at 8:30 pm and it is now 2am and still waiting. Our health care system is in crisis!

I would like to thank all the girls in day surgery for being so helpful and caring, only I would of liked a little more info on being put to sleep, I chose the injection to the back…I touched my leg after the surgery and thought I touched someone else, I realized much later, that it must have been my leg. also it was a very big ordeal , with bum soreness, maybe the girls or a hand out paper would be nice to ease this. also when I got released, I hobbled to my car, and was harbouring thoughts of just dropping as the pain was so bad, I should of stopped at coffee shop, but seeing no one there, I assumed prices would be exorbant, but I managed to get home before the really sick cut in and I just laid down

Don’t know how they determine who is going first but we saw a lot of people going in rooms before someone who cannot eat or drink for 4 days and having blood in his diarrhea with nausea, chest pain and almost pass out. It has been 4 hours that he is waiting and have pain.

We had to visit the emergency room. Got there at 630am and was released by 9am. The emergency waiting room was full of people belittling the nurses and yelling at them. And still, the nurses were amazing. They were so patient, attentive to what we needed, and got us in a room right away. Everyone from intake, to triage, to the nurses who attended us once we were in a room were delightful. The doctor that helped us was so nice and she explained everything that was going on to us so we understood how to take the meds properly. Was so pleased with how our experience was, thanks to all the nurses and doctors for all that they do!

Everyone was absolutely amazing from Security, admitting, Day Surgery staff, Dr Ledding and staff in operating room, and Recovery staff were amazing. I had surgery on Mar 18/22 and was an absolutely wonderful experience. Shout out to Nurse Bruno in Day Surgery for playing the Kazoo to help relax me as I am terrified of needles. Thank you to everyone!!

Blood on things from ceiling to floor. Disgruntled staff that are in it for the pay check and the pay checks are small. A feeling like its not a medical institution where people care about others well being rather a place where you can receive some procedures your tax dollars payed for but you will feel guilty for receiving.
