This hospital and the medical team SAVED MY DAUGHTER'S LIFE after she was misdiagnosed by them and sent home. I am forever indebted to them. Everyone there, from the person who checked us in, to the ER doctor, to the surgical team, to the office administrator was nothing but exception, professional and caring. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Nice building, but families are forced to wait in a waiting room at night without closed blinds. They don't feel safe there. It's dark outside and some one could be looking at me. It seemed short-staffed and I felt like a number there.

I’m a cyclist;I have used the PSH ER several times and today was my third experience with outpatient orthopaedic surgery there this year. I’m a big fan. Top notch doctors; have a particularly favorite anesthesiologist, and the clerical and medical support staff are bright, pleasant and patient focused. They aren’t automated rule enforcers, but seem genuinely interested in putting patients at ease with explanations and reasonable exceptions case by case. It seemed obvious that they all respected and enjoyed working together as colleagues and enjoyed their patients. My pre-surgery anxiety was zero!
