The staff are rude and the Dr's don't seem to care. Very sad. Every time I go in the public toilets are disgusting and the nurses at the front desk are always talking loudly about patents. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone who values their health and privacy. Very disturbing and disgusting behavior or all staff and Dr's at this clinic. They want you in and out as quick as possible, not really giving you a chance to tell them all of the health issues.

Arrived Friday around 1.30 with a sprained or broken wrist, had to wait 3.5 h, no ice ,no painkiller, by the time I talked to the doc, the x-ray people left, no x-ray, no bandage.
Bought my own bandage, went on Monday to the Black Diamond Hospital, got an x-ray. Radius was broken.

I went in to get a puffer (as I’m athsmatic) during the wildfires; not only did I wait 2hours before I walked out but the doctor was rude, and questioning me unnecessarily when she easily could have seen that I’ve been prescribed them before.

I was recently in the Pincher Creek Hospital. I was transferred there from Lethbridge following a full hip replacement. I arrived on Thursday evening. Friday morning I slept till near noon and realized I hadn’t been offered what I needed for a “bed bath”. I let it go. On Saturday morning I awoke to find my incision had leaked through the bandage and onto the bed. The Doctor on call said oh my, yes that needs to be changed. I heard him till a nurse in the hallway about it. Another nurse said he’d be back to deal with the bandage. Again, I fell asleep (thanks to my pain medication) and awoke near noon. No bandage change nor a wash up. I decided to call again for the bandage change, and once they’d completed that I had every intention of checking myself out. An angel “Mitzi”came and changed the bandage, and upon hearing I was on day two of not washing, quickly assembled the gown, towels etc. to have a wash… as will as a chair to roll up to the sink so I didn’t have to bend forward. I am old school and have been in hospital many times and realize these are cut backs… and get worse all the time… but patients baths are nursing 101…..

In the summer of 2015 I developed a infected lesion in my lung. My GREAT thanks to Dr. Bev and all the staff at the hospital. All were very caring, professional, respectful and friendly. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks but the great care and friendliness of the Dr.’s and nursing staff make the time fly by. I must say I am glad I was in southern Alberta and not in the big city when I became ill. I really believe I would not have received the same level of care and professionalism in Edmonton as I did in Pincher Creek.
