Terrible service. Went in with blood in stool and abdominal pain. Ignored for 3 hours while pain got worse. Only after I chose to leave did they decide to help me

The Emergency nurses need to stop being on their cell phones and talking about there weekend activities and laughing about campfire stories and actually help waiting patients. "Why"? Because patients are 5' away and can hear everything they say especially when they have nothing to do except drink their Timmies and chat / cell phone time...Male Nurse Jaime is an exception to the rest of them...he is proffesonal...

Short staffed always. If I have an emergency I go to Lacombe.

This hospital is great! They offer maternity care as well as regular acute care, and the ER wait times are usually pretty good. Nice doctors and nurses!
