Doctors where so kind – but if you get that woman “Ernie “ in emergency be perepared she will yell and treat you like a lower class person , I told staff as I was wheeled up to ward they all agreed she is mean and rude always has been , apparently she has been there 17 yrs ! Wow how does she get away with it ! Uncool lady maybe find another job

This hospital treats patients like animals. Unless you are dying right in front of them, nothing happens. Staff are rude, unhelpful and very judgmental. No empathy or compassion for their patients. No wonder they have such a low rating score.

I had the best experience. Great staff, excellent doctors. I got in and out of a complex day surgery with no pain and met some of the nicest people in Brisbane.

the absolute rudest people work here and treat you horribly, wait times are 8 hours plus and several homeless people are just sleeping across chairs in the emergency room, otherwise I witnessed FIVE separate mentally ill or drug-affected people having to be either escorted out or tackled and detained by security. so unsafe and shockingly bad service.

This hospital is a joke. Came to ED with my 63 year old mum at 6.30pm reporting chest pain. It 2.15am still not seen by the doctor. If you dont have a bed because her ECG is normal, blood results are negative then get out and discharge her. This is must be the most expensive hotel one night stay with $1300 bill paid upfront with no food and no bed to sleep in. Such cold waiting area. Camping on a chair. Every medic, nurse, support staff should be proud working here for this broken system.
