    Stay away from this doctor
    Knee injury, cruciate ligament fracture
Dr. Flamingh’s diagnosis was a knee contusion
He sent me to work in light duty
I worked on servicing oil wells in winter on snow and slippery surfaces
The knee with the fractured ligament was dislocated many times
Dr. Flamingh is not an orthopedist specialist, but he still insisted on his diagnosis and refused my examination by an expert
I lost my job and insurance benefits
After half a year of fighting with Dr. Flamingh and WCB, I was investigated by magnetic resonance in Regina
Dr. Flamming found no harm. I sent the images to a large hospital specialists and they confirmed the severity of the ligament and excessive damage to the meniscus caused by the denial of treatment by Dr. Flamingh
After another half year I was finally examined by a specialist who confirmed the diagnosis
I waited another half a year for surgery
After surgery under general anesthesia, it is common in developed countries to stay in the hospital overnight or even several days for the risk of infection, bleeding and knee weight
I traveled for 600 km and the operation was refused because I had no escort to take me home immediately after the surgery. Employer and WCB did not help me because of Dr. Flamming first wrong diagnosis.
Finally, I underwent surgery in Europe and the doctors were shocked. After the surgery I was in the hospital for one week and in the state of the patients for 6 months, part of the treatment was physiotherapy and spa treatment. Waiting time for the surgery was two weeks.
Dr. Willem De Flamming is not an orthopedist, and by his mistake he has deprived me of two years of life, insurance benefits and a healthy knee without unnecessary lasting consequences.
He let my coworker to wait for two hours in the waiting room with chemicals in her eyes.
If you need more than a prescription for colds, contact another professional doctor.

Staff and Doctors are out of touch with providing up to date, solid health care. Anything “emergency,” they don’t know what they are doing.

I have unfortunately needed to use the ER services here a few times. The nurses are always very caring and helpful, even the odd time one seems to be in a horrid mood. All the Dr’s are good, and never a bad experience. I’ve also had a couple outpatient procedures, blood work and several x-rays. All the staff is professional.

After calling the health line about an animal bite they suggested i go to emergency and get a tetanus shot and antibiotics, after calling the emergency department in Provost “lisa” said i could get my shot tomorrow and if it was her she would just put polysporin on the wound. Sorry to bother you Provost with my bleeding arm, Lloydminster was much more helpful, that Provost dump should be closed down!
