Never again would I ever take my husband for a fluid build up around the heart to this hospital. When he was trying to explain his life history all he got from them how do you know how do you know. He didn't even have time to explain that he's been dealing with two massive heart attacks and a defibrillators for 7 years. And all the echoes in the cardio he's had I would say he knows a little of something and same with myself. We've never been so disrespected in a hospital as we were at this one. I've never in my life witnessed any one working at a hospital in the emerge as rude and ignorant as they were to us. My husband was so upset about the situation he ended up walking out.

I had a great experience ! I was here from New Brunswick at an hockey tournament and was having a few issues . I was seen very quickly and had multiple test preformed very quickly. The nurse Madison in the trauma room was wonderful. Very sweet and helpful. The ER doctor Spencer Brown was wonderful has a great bedside manner. As a nurse from another province I was so pleased to see that PEI is doing it right. I would have never received the fast , caring and knowledge service at our local ER Thanks to the staff you guys helped a worried scared nurse that night .

The staff are incredible for dealing with all that they do! the wait times are insane (12hr+??) but the issue is with the government, not the staff

Possibly the worst service I’ve seen. People have been waiting for 10 hours or more. Thank you Canadian health care, not sure where my taxes are going, not here. When will we learn.

Nurses have become extremely rude since Covid began and it’s pathetic. Switch jobs if you just wanted to be a glorified bed maker because nursing takes more than that.
Anyone who has been to QEH knows the nurses and doctors hangout around their desks and speak unprofessionally of the job and outside subjects.
I would like to see nurses and doctors wear cameras as the police do so we could properly report the wrong doings they hide at QEH.

Inhumane service They will let you die and squirm and still take 20hours to then try to help you . Save yourself the time and try to treat yourself or go to some clinic.

Insufficient staff doing their best
Dire administration

If I could give services 0 stars I would. The triage nurse was fantastic however the nurses in the back once you are called were rude and told me to “suck it up” after vomiting and almost passing out.
