Given time the VA may earn this rating!! Take a good look at your records. My records indicate that I am pregnant. They try to work on my right foot when it was my left foot.

These medical professionals go above and beyond what I hoped for. They listen, they care and they give you what you need.

Top notch care before during and after a colonoscopy. The hospital was very clean and face masks and germ control were top priority. The staff was extraordinary in their helpfulness and they way they undertook their jobs.

The front line checking talk down to you, and set the mood for the rest of the visit. Student Drs need to learn to make eye contact, listen to their patients, wear their ID badge where it can be seen and not hidden so we can’t complaine about them, but I usually like to report the good things they do,

My eye doctor for the today had to compassion for my concern about not getting new glasses for almost two years. Even though I no longer have them because it is broken. I told her I will have to buy new ones from my own money. She said fine and left it at that. I have earned this by serving my country and should not be treated this way.

I walked in the ER door with Covid and was treated like family. Dr. Adams, Holly, and Needa (Nita?) the X-ray pro treated me efficiently and gave me quality medical care. This was followed by Lisa at the VA Pharmacy calling making sure I matched the latest treatment to hasten my recovery. Well Done!
