So where do I start? This place will traumatized you more than treat you. From my experience they will call the end of your life boring and if you're in pain or panic they will laugh at you. A gay nurse with blonde hair I said to him I was trying to get my nurse and he said how is that going for u. Seeming to imply something more adult. They will laugh right out your room disrespect your dignity calm you down then mock u seconds later.

Horrible service very disrespectful staff and Doctors in pediatric unit. Doctor Brandon is Not a good Doctor he does Not help you in your medical needs. He doesn’t even listen to your concerns. He is only there to make more problems. He does Not help with anything. He’s very rude and mean. He likes to ruin families. Please go to a different hospital where they actually CARE and respect you and are NOT bullies. This Doctor has No knowledge of children development and does NOT care for you or your child !!!!

If y’all are leaving reviews complaining about the food options… at a hospital emergency department… clearly you’re not that sick

I went for a follow up with Dr Furlani in outpatient and ended up on the Cardiology Ward/Unit. Was there 9 days. Kudos to all nurses. Especially Iris, Megan and Amber. The meals however!!! Take the cover off the plate to find 2 scoops of green beans. No other food item OR no plate just a small container of cottage cheese. Seriously.. that tray had hot water and a tea bag as a side dish. Having filled out a menu the day before was a complete waste of time. Although, each meal tray was a conversation point

I have had nothing but horrible experiences, abuse, etc.
But this is about the one amazing nurse I’ve ever had – her name is Dominique, she was attending to me when I had to get stitches in my leg (minor injuries section) and she went above and beyond.
Extremely empathetic, went out of her way to listen & comfort me, taking me seriously when the doctor doing the stitches was not.
Thank you, Dominique. Truly I can’t express my gratitude enough for being a rare, genuine nurse in the profession for the right reasons in a hospital full of “professionals” who are not.
