They should close this facility and throw the key in there favorite Buffalo pond. 3rd class emergency facility in the world. I was in emerg previously too waited for 8+ hrs But yesterday I was with my 4 month old who was crying, throwing up they didn't even considered. After waiting for 6 hrs we walked out as they wanted us to wait more They only know how to tax people not in return to give the best facility

I work here and you would not believe. RGH is terribly understaffed. Everyone is miserable. The SHA doesn't care about the patients or the workers. Patients are incredibly rude. Staff are rude. It's kind of disgusting. In spite of it all there are a bunch of good people carrying things and the care ends up not as bad as people think.

What a ridiculous organization. The slogan should be 'how can we NOT help you'. They go out of their way to be rude and unhelpful. They seem so overwhelmed that they don't care about anyone but themselves. The cardiac unit was particularly unhelpful and the nurses were mean. I am so frustrated and disappointed by our provincial healthcare and by the SHA. It's high time someone cared about customer service.

Approximately 4% of the staff are decent humans, the rest are so desensitized to anything and everything they only thing they care about is clocking out. Good luck even getting any eye contact from a staff member, you are just a number to them. The Sask Health Authority should be ashamed of themselves for the “services” they “provide” to vulnerable people in need of help. Sad. Go anywhere else for help, do not go to the emergency room for anything.

The reason why for that I have rated that like this is because of that I was not really happy with some of the staff members at the Hospital. That is my opinion on this subject ok I hope that you guys can understand that someday ok

The services at the Er are excellent. I understand we have to wait our turns as the doctors and nurses are so overwhelmed by lack of staffing. People should try to understand their predicament instead of bashing them constantly. Maybe you should be flooding your members of parliament so they do something to help!!

so dirty. cigarette butts and litter all “welcome” you in. elevators same. staff range from excellent on some floors to terrible on others with entitled nurses and questionable aids. emergency time you may as well pack a lunch and a supper by the time you get in to see anyone. reflects our government funds and lack of medical support in this province.
