I was brought to RJH on an emergency and feel i could not be have gotten better care anywhere. From the triage, porters ,cleaners, nurses HCA ,doctors and associated support there care and compassion is above and beyond. Special mention to the nurses HCA and food prep fooks who did such a good job of my care.

From the moment the ambulance truck came and two paramedics, Kate and Kourtney, walked into our apartment, I was given one of the best, thorough, and professional care I have ever experienced in my 65 years on this Earth. Not only was I taken to the ER, but both, Kate and Kourtney made sure that my wife and I were comfortable and that we had all we needed, before they left. It was a spectacle of compassion and professionalism, in one. Almost as a mould for the rest of our ER visit, everyone, from nurses to Dr. Forrester, were extremely professional and pleasant to us. It is fair to say that this time around, a visit to Jubilee Hospital ER was one of the most pleasant I have ever experienced.

I was 14 y/o when I delivered my child a girl on January 1991. After my delivery they told me she was dead. Deep down I know she wasn't ... I asked to see her and they wouldn't let me they say they have to cremate her. And also told me to sign a paper . I told them no way if I can't see her. At the time one of the nurse was nurse hall . Tv personal dennis hall wife. She was very mean to young mothers. I'm still looking for my child I've never forget about her. They stole her away from me, The doctor at the time name was DR. gordon. I hope nurse hall is resting in hell with the devil and the rest of the staff who does this to other mothers.

I was in the jubilee hospital on Monday afternoons I had excellent service by Kelly and Melissa from BC ambulance service. Kelly stayed with me until they found me a bed. Then Cassandra took it over and she was excellent and emergency.

Avoid this hospital if you suffer from mental illness. They will treat you poorly.

Waited several hours in emergency to see a doctor regarding an extended flare up of my chronic illness. Was seen by the doctor for about 2 minutes, was only asked why I came in, no history was asked, no follow up questions were asked. All I was given were some anti nausea pills and sent on my way. Had to go to another hospital the same day to get any sort of actual treatment. Only saving grace for my trip to Royal Jubilee was the triage nurse who was genuinely concerned and listened to the concerns I was having. Spent over half my day in emergency rooms because the doctor I saw at Royal Jubilee couldn’t be bothered to take my concerns seriously.

I had an Angiogram at Royal Columbian that showed 80% blocks in 2 important arteries. I could wait 2-3 months to get Bypass on mainland or Royal Jubilee could do it within 1 week. The province covered everything including transportation and motel for my family. The Surgeon, Dr Prechinsky, was amazing with helping get comfortable with what was going to happen and his follow up post surgery was excellent. I feel blessed to have gotten him. As for the nurses and Health Care Assistants, WOW! Friendly, funny, engaging and there within seconds if I needed anything. My triple bypass was June 20 and with the excellent care I received, I was discharged June 25. Now back home and doing great. Thanks to ALL the folks both in Abbotsford General where it all started and to Royal Jubilee where Quality, Service and Amazing staff got me through a scary time.

My brother died in this godforsaken place from kidney failure. Prescription drugs in time ruined them. By the time it was discovered, it was too late. He suffered many years due to the effects of these government sanctioned poisons being dispensed by so called medical doctors and their minions. Let those responsible bear a curse (even tenfold) in kind for their deeds. Amen.

Staff shortage affects patient care and cleanliness of hospital.
Very little bedside nursing managed, medications punctual, no personal care, no changing of bedding, each nurse has a very heavy patient load. Hospitalists very scarce as are Physiotherapists. Lots of room for improvement to get back to bedside nursing.
RJH meals were very unappetizing and no dietary consults= available for special needs diet.
