Based on my wife’s recent stay of 5 weeks, the staff are, without exception, wonderful. However, there are not enough staff to fully provide services like physio, thus resulting in extra patient time spent in hospital.

The staff in day surgery were amazing when I had surgery on Sept 20, 2023. It by far was the best surgery experience I’ve had. It has a friendly, welcoming feel – you are a person not merely and number in a lineup. All staff were kind and caring. Thank you….

Had day surgery here today, every staff person from housekeeping to my surgeon were amazing. Caring, personable yet professional, efficient but not rushy. Thank you all team members for a pleasant experience during a stressful time.

My 85 year old mother went to emergency with bad stomach pain thinking it might be appendicitis… turned out to be diverticulitis. Sometime in emergency she fell on her head, fractured here hip (only discovered a couple of days later, after an x-ray… days in bed in pain) and she died a week and a half later of a brain hemorrhage. No one accepted responsibility, nor claimed to know what even happened.
