The most feel good Experience from walking inside an Emergency hospital for care this morning till the time I walked out was an absolute appreciation. The Compassionate Care received was very Uplifting. I cannot say anything negative about my first time visit at Sackville Horizon Hospital. Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly greeted then straight to the admission receptionist. Shortly after, I was screened by a triage nurse. Waiting time thereafter was surprisingly quick to see the Doctor who ordered the required tests then shortly the tests results were in. Each and everyone were wonderful at their own specific profession. The kindness was rather flowing everywhere I went. Very refreshing and soothing especially for having to go at a hospital for whatever reason may be. Exceptional Caregivers at Sackville Horizon Hospital, WELL DONE! ðð» Oh⦠The Atrium is a must see before leaving and also, that hospital is noticeably very clean. Blessings to all them wonderful humans.

For the person bitching about university students complaining, the Sackville Hospital has banned opening a walk in clinic therefore we have to go to the hospital for every single thing, so we are allowed to be upset about having 0 other options, and being forced to wait hours for simple check ups.
The Sackville hospital is horrible, not matter the standard (NB healthcare or whatever), its awful, the doctors are rude, impatient, insensitive. We NEED a walk in clinic ASAP.

My experience at this hospital was a nightmare due to one single nurse. She had two first names and was probably in her late 50s or 60s. She treated me like I was garbage. I would love to make a complaint but I don’t know how I would go about doing that. She made me feel completely disrespected and victimized. I was crying my eyes out before I even went in to see the doctor. There is no way I will ever recommend any of my fellow students to this hospital just because of the immensely poor patient care provided by this nurse.

I had a great experience at this hospital. I was in for a surgery. My first time there , the nurses,Brenda and Wendy was amazing, I didnt get the other ladies names but they were all perfect the Man that put me sleep was very attentive and concerned that everything was to go well,the lady in recovery was very very nice, Beth was her name I believe. All in all very very pleased with my visit. Next time I need something done I want to go there,thank you all

Every single person who works there was horrible to me. Admissions persons, nurses and doctors. I was treated like a child and very much talked down to because I was a student. They also criticized me for showing up at midnight, even though that was the only chance I had to seek the healthcare I needed that day. I left in tears because I didn’t feel safe or cared for. Will gladly be paying for a taxi to Amherst next time around. Never setting foot in the Sackville hospital again.
