I am someone who has been dealing with physical problems for a year now. I've seen many doctors and specialist who have manage to get me to where I can go back to work and a half way normal life. Tonight I had chest pains not accompanied by a cough. Since this is highly irregular for me I thought better safe than sorry. All I know now is I'm sorry I chose this hospital. The nurses before hand were great but the doctor, asking the same questions as any other doctor, managed to do it with unhidden judgement. On my way to seek a restroom I put in my regular clothing not knowing if one was close by. This doctor glared at me and when I left the restroom I found him standing at the counter in front of the restroom door talking w a nurse saying ok hush that's her. I walked up to ask if I was needed and he quickly walked away leaving the nurse to answer my question. Her response was "I don't know" and turned to those near her and asked is anyone looking for her. Since my original concern was the way the doctor asked if I was using recreational drugs I now knew he believed I had and had shared his assumptions w a coworker. I stated that I was ready to leave and requested a nurse come and remove my IV and returned to my room. A few minutes later the nurse very loudly announced to the X-ray technicians, or those taking me to be x-rayed, that I had wondered around lost in my regular clothes, gone to the bathroom, and come out acting strange saying I refused any further care. I heard this from my room as she yelled it to her coworker. A nurse returned to my room to remove my IV and asked what could have been done better. I made it very clear that I was not there for drugs but for help. No matter what kind of night doctors are having we come for help. Genuine help. Instead I was slandered and have lost all respect for your staff.

My family and I have never had a bad experience with SRMC!!! Best for everything you expect from a hospital.About the $value, let's face it no hospital or doctors office is going to charge what you would like for them to charge.I recommend SRMC above all other hospitals....hands down!!!

the room that me and my son stayed in was not clean. the floor was dirty the baseboard had crud on it and the ceiling had dust coming straight down from it. the nurse was asked 7 times to change my son's wet sheets, finally when she dropped the clean sheets at the bottom of his bed i thought she was going to change them and she did not. when i started to change them another nurse came in and said that i was not suppose to be doing that, but i wasn't going to let my son be in wet sheets anymore.
