Really awful experience. Not only were the staff highly unprofessional and rude, but they did not give me the help that I needed. I was having symptoms of medication mixed with alcohol, which could potentially become dangerous, but the staff didn't even give me an IV. I was visibly uncomfortable and tried to get their attention, to prove my point, all that was said by a nurse was âmaybe you shouldn't have been drinking underage.â I DO NOT recommend this hospital. You never know what is going on with your patient. That is equivalent to saying to someone who has been diagnosed with cancer, âyou should not have smoked those cigarettes.â Highly unprofessional and waste of money.

This has got to be the worst hospital I’ve ever been to in all of New England. If you’re a fall river resident you’re destined for doom if you have an urgent medical issue & need urgent care. You will wait extensive hours while u watch staff tame breaks eat & gossip outlook. Once in a while u will get a decent MD but most are impersonable and could care less if u die.

Dr. Fox is amazing. Experience in the ED is asinine. Extensive hours are spent waiting while the nursing staff can be heard gossiping about the patients validity of visit. Steward all together needs re-vamp business.

I like it when I’m waiting for a procedure and the overhead intercom lets us know â mass will be held at 11:30 in the chapel â
Then I feel comfortable being there .. ðð

Social Services were terrible. No compassion, Desperate need of services. Hand you a piece of paper and send you on your way. Don’t care if you will die!!

Excellent coordination among all departments. I had cardiac care via stents being put in. The team at St Anne’s was fantastical!!
