I was here in November for three days due to a bad reaction to a prescription. I was treated horribly. Dr. Gregory Butler called me a "frequent flyer" - I have never been that. The ONLY time I was frequently there was in 2020, when we couldn't see (or reach) our own doctors! I had no choice then and when I went to the hospital then it wasn't seeking drugs or for something like a hang nail; it was for things that had to be treated, such as a UTI! I don't go to the doctor for fun! Anyway, I won't be back. I would rather suffer in silence than come here and have my mental health destroyed, which this place did many times.

Rude triage nurses and doctors who don’t care at all.

I won’t go to this hospital due to negative experiences at the emergency room. I would rather suffer in silence than go to a hospital and leave feeling worse than I felt before I went in.

I feel that this hospital, along with the rest, needs to be reevaluated by someone not involved in the health care system ANYWHERE in Newfoundland and Labrador; that way there won’t be a third party bias!

This hospital is the best hospital out of the three hospitals we have in St. John’s, but that’s not saying it’s good. Most of the staff only care about the money, but at least there appears to be more staff in this hospital that care about the patients than there are that only care about the money!
