We had a great and very thorough experience in emer with Dr.Johnston today. My son keeps telling me we need to leave her a tip. All of the staff were great and because we went early in the morning our visit was very quick.

What a joke! They have a number system. I waited with my number for30 minutes or so, the woman came out of triage and took the guy with number after me! When I told her I was next number she told me to take seat!! Why do they have a number system if they ignore it?!
I said FU and left! Not professional I know, but I wasn’t either

I was hospitalized there in January of this year. I was in isolation, for what reason, not sure. My husband came to the room with me when I was first admitted. Afterwards, he wasn't allowed to visit. I almost froze to death as there was no heat that I could find. Someone said the new company owners were skimping on the heat. It took me a week or more after getting home, for the shivers and deep chill to finally ease up. It was a horrible experience, and the hospital has gone downhill since the Sisters of St. Joseph no longer run it. It used to be spotlessly clean and comfortable with proper temps. Never unheated! The food trays were okay. I hear they have a good cook. As for comfort and cleanliness I can't give a good report. My husband brought a warm blanket and housecoat and slippers to the hospital to help with the cold, and they wouldn't let him bring them to me, had to leave them at the reception. I never received them, and he went back after I was released to find the items left with the reception. After a search, they were found in the laundry area. Heaven only knows why. I hope and pray I never have to be admitted there ever again...especially in cold weather. Something needs to be done.

Abuse abuse abuse abuse 3 nurses ICU floor. Physical, neglect, verbal, emotional abuse for 6 days before I could escape. Took away all of my human rights. Horrible degrading mean abusive nurses and ICU nurse manager Danielle ignores all abuse ...shhhh Worst hospital in my life. I am 56...lived all over Ontario... I died in that hospital... Nothing left of me as my health and mental health are declining quickly . Should be closed.
