If you want to work there you better make the cut with workers and that's hard to do.if your one of the lucky ones you will still need to watch your back as the only thing employees thrive on is drama.from the word go I never felt comfortable and was put in many situations where i was made to look incompetent,masked to feel insecure.staffing is the same.horrid.the mental stress is off the charts.everyone thinks they are better than anyone else.the ones that are treated well and are a godsend to the home are actually the perpetrators.they are lazy and do not do their jobs well.its all show aĺl smoke and mirrors.of course there is a union which allows these type of people to thrive.they are a few honest to good workers there who will never get the recognition they deserve because that is only for those righteous ones.if they want you gone believe me it will be an on going battle.br prepared to be talked about and spied on lied about and knit picking at everything they possible can.you know the type I'm talking about.oh and dont go to your union rep chances are that person is involved in your demise there.the stress is so overwhelming you will dread each and every day walking through the door.nothong but lying conniving cockroaches.ive worked in what I call hell holes but this place outdoes them all.full time employees think they are above everything and act like they own the place and good luck getting full time that will take you a longgggg time.their email system is in shambles which is how you get your pay stubs.10 months of being there have not seen one.dont bother asking a question or help because you will not get it or wrong answers even if an employee has been there for years because apparently no one knows anything.i thought of going to my dr to get stress leave but I have my own issues with that as I have been battling stress and anxiety for a few years and this job was supposed to help.it did the opposite.now I'm in more medication.ive never once brought up my mental health issues for obvious reasons.l and I have yet to talk to my dr. About my job but she is calling me in a few weeks so I will go over that with her even though it will be very hard for me to do so.i end up quitting as I just cant handle the nastiness and I really feel on not mentally fit to fight this place. Thank God for the support of my family for helping file employment and to try and get it.i just cant handle more than one stressors at a time.over all I know I am and have been a good valuable employee.i worked my rear off but in the end that does not even matter.i am truly grateful for the few employees who amazingly are not just great hard workers but make this place a much more capable place to be.my co worker friendsther are truly the best and kept me going.even those good ones have experienced the nastiness mabe not to my extent but that does not make it ok.so if you want to feel like a small idiot just work there and God speed

my loved has experienced many falls broken hip broken wrist dehydration resulting in 5 long stays in hospital; many of my questions have gone up unanswered and ignored , Dr”s have told me the reason for the breaks are not consistent with the reason staff has said. how hard is it to give a person a drink of water and to ensure they are hydrated. Do not recommend this facility the are understaffed and have many smoke and mirrors implemented.

Most staff just there for the very very very good wages
