My mom fell and broke her hip. The ambulance took her to st. Marks. They did not call when they were going to do surgery, they didn’t call when they moved her, the doctor never called even when I repeatedly asked to talk to the doctor.

I was walking out of the ER, feeling as if i could go home. i got to my parents car and this guy used excesssive force multiple times on me. Almost broke my arm. threw me to the ground while a nurse stepped on me. Then they gave me a shot. Sure, i was trying to leave but can see why. never had a good experience with this ER or psych hospital. if i’m there for physical reasons they are super nice. not so much for mental health reasons. they ignore you or beat you down to the ground so to speak. it hurt for days. and increased my trauma. Medicaid won’t cover an ambulance to another St. Marks hospital they made me go too. Cause they couldn’t deal with how scarred i got afterwards. i’ve never felt so much violence done on me before and unnecessarily. also i get a bill i can’t pay for from Gold Cross every three months.

I seen I guess the guy is suppose to be a doctor. Richard Harold he was the most rudest Dr I have ever seen. I will absolutely not return to see this person. He was so extremely rude
He checked my breasts with a nurse not available which I protest that. He continuously left the room for 15 minutes about 4 time I was in his office 2 or more hours. I want this Dr to know how rude and inconsiderate he was Please let this Dr know my feeling about him. Cathy Avila 801 809 7044.

They have great care but little to no compassion when it comes to family or loved ones. My boy is in the nicu doing great and I just wanted his great great grandma that has Alzheimer's that traveled hundreds of miles to see him to be able to kiss his forhead and say a prayer over him while she can still remember that she has a great grandson that had a great great grandson.

I had a family member that was in ICU and received terrible care. One nurse was upset because he was intubated, coming out of sedation, and unconsciously tore off his colostomy bag. She was irritated she was to change and clean it up. Claimed he was moving around too much for her to clean him up, even though he was restrained. She Left his wound open and undressed, then threw a sheet over it and left. Wanted to report it to the charge nurse but apparently that was her position. Someone with that job and position should not have that attitude. Then one night a man who was hit by a car was screaming in pain for hours. We could see his door from ours and not a doctor or nurse went in to check on him for HOURS! That is not how an ICU should function.
