Awesome one day experience at St Mary's in Kitchener ON on September 6, 2023. In for an ablation at 8 am and out at 4 pm. From registration to discharge this was an outstanding experience thank you to the team of superstars. I cannot say enough about the nurses in the PHIU Unit they are true angels. However, the other nurses, support staff, OR/Recovery nurses and the doctors (Dr Chan and the anaesthetist) were all a team that made a stressful day very non-stressful. Thank you from the bottom of my now functioning heart. Colin P

I have numerous health issues including heart disease (heart attack at 47), an aortic aneurysm, high blood pressure, diabetes⦠and I’m a cancer survivor. The care at St. Mary’s Hospital has always been phenomenal!!! Not a single complaint. Not a one. â¤ï¸

I have been to their Emergency Room three times in the past 12 weeks with Anaphylaxis. The paramedics, doctors and nurses could not have been more efficient, supportive, caring and professional.

The nurses and security guards in the emergency department are always hostile and they don’t care about your pain at all.
