I have numerous health issues including heart disease (heart attack at 47), an aortic aneurysm, high blood pressure, diabetes… and I’m a cancer survivor. The care at St. Mary’s Hospital has always been phenomenal!!! Not a single complaint. Not a one. ❤️

I have been to their Emergency Room three times in the past 12 weeks with Anaphylaxis. The paramedics, doctors and nurses could not have been more efficient, supportive, caring and professional.

Even in emergency they dont care waiting for doctor hours

The nurses and security guards in the emergency department are always hostile and they don’t care about your pain at all.

Awesome one day experience at St Mary's in Kitchener ON on September 6, 2023. In for an ablation at 8 am and out at 4 pm. From registration to discharge this was an outstanding experience thank you to the team of superstars. I cannot say enough about the nurses in the PHIU Unit they are true angels. However, the other nurses, support staff, OR/Recovery nurses and the doctors (Dr Chan and the anaesthetist) were all a team that made a stressful day very non-stressful. Thank you from the bottom of my now functioning heart. Colin P

I had a cardiac ablation at St. Mary's hospital mid July and was very well looked after. I can not say enough about the excellent care I received from my pre- surgery nurse Cheryl, the operating room team especially Dr. Alison Mckenzie who put me at ease immediately, and Dr. Jolly who performed the procedure. All had great bedside manner and made the experience as stress free as possible. Thanks to all of the wonderful staff I encountered that day.

I was there yesterday and I was so impressed by how compassionate and friendly all the staff were. Registration, ekg tech, triage, porters, x-ray tech, my nurse (Trish) and (Bob) my doctor, were all so amazing. Thank you everyone that made my trip to the hospital as comfortable as possible.

I would like to thank dr. Higgins for taking such good care of my dad, Kaz. This past March, she performed a bypass surgery after which my dad stayed in a hospital for seven days. The nursing staff was awesome, caring and always ready to help. They are very committed to giving the best care they can. Very knowledgeable and always have time to explain everything clearly and patiently.
