Please don't go to this hospital. She had an underlining health condition which was Pulmonary fibrosis . She was being seen by Dr.Elias Matouk for 5 years. This doctor knew her health condition and did not mention to get the Flu Vaccine. My mom was hospitalized from December 29th to 31st 2023. The doctor said she had Influenza/Pneumonia . They discharged her on the 31st 2023. I told the doctor on the Januaury 30th 2023 to not discharge her unless she is 100% better. One day later she could not breath. We went back on the January 2nd and she was put on oxygen. I was there from 2AM to 5PM.Dr. Iannattone, Patrick Anthony told me her oxygen levels were fine on the 2nd at 5:00PM. On January 3rd 2024 my mom was moved from the emergency to ICU. On January 5th 2024 she was put on the ventilator. These professionals told me that they had to put her on the ventilator because she could not breath. They did not warn me prior to that there was a chance she would pass away. As a person who does not have a background in the Health Science there was no proper explanation throughout the 2nd up until the 5th . After being put on the ventilator the doctors did a bronchoscopy. Then her organs failed specifically her kidneys at first. Then that afternoon the doctor said they need a meeting with us. They only told us on January 5th that everything is going south after putting her on the ventilator. The hospital did not have a dialysis machine which may have helped her kidneys. They did not mention that to me my cousin who was a nurse had to mention it to them. The doctor only told me that that infection spread all over her body and then she passed. The doctor told me she passed due to respiratory failure. Please question everything. These doctors are not transparent and please question everything. The doctors and the team that were taking care her were very young. Most of them are interns. They did not even go to an experience doctor help from the second until death. My mom a lab rat for the team. We are of South Asian descent. Also, they did not recommend CPR. My cousin had to tell me about the CPR. They did not want to do that either. This hospital is the WORST hospital.

Was treated in ER…..
felt cared for listened to and was treated with the utmost respectful and thorough medical treatment. The follow-up Dr. referrals has been excellent. St. Mary’s Hospital is my go to hospital now.

This is the worst experience of my life , arriving with a broken and twisted hand in a horrible shape and terrible inimaginable pain and they made me wait for 5 hours , i had to beg the doctor to see me , the I was told that the operation room is not available , returned home with pain killers with horrible swollen hand for two days and waited to be called . Inimaginable pain that pain killers didn’t do anything to calm me ,, rude staff no compassion with heart of stone .
