Horrible, Horrible experience! Staff has a good time but doesn't care that patients wait hours to be seen, doesn't know the status of anything going on, going on my 9th hour to get my son checked out, still has to get blood result and cat scan, prob will be close to 12 hrs, nurse tried 3 time to draw blood and made a mess on the floor. Can't believe this is the ER, the worst Horrible experience ever at a hospital, I give it all F ratings

Worst hospital I've ever been. Right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. Not one of the doctors including Dr Grasso did what they said they would. I would rather die then go to this God awful hospital and after the treatme t I received, I just might.

Whatever funding this hospital has they should be stripped off! The staff and nurses are rude and inconsiderate of life threatening and altering situations! Instead you all would rather sit in the back and eat your Uber eats in the roach room and giggle all night about bullshi+ and talk about patients while people need help! Let's not forget about the fat fuc% Oompa Loompa legged over stuffed chucky doll KENDRA KRYSTAL KRINKLESAC FROMTHE CLEVELAND SHOW cabbage patch doll ankles shaped rude trout mouth b!tc* who's attitude is just as bad as her shape and ability to run if it meant for her life in the registration area! You're disgusting and i know it's hard for you to wipe your stank wobbly a** with those stubby arms but that's no reason to take it out on people who need help! If you hate your job go find one in hell. they may provide donuts and Uber eats there as well!

Not only will they harass family members, their neglect led to my mother developing multiple stage IV bed sores. They lied and said they were unpreventable but I've been treating and dealing with wounds for a decade now and know that to be 100% untrue. Further, since her discharge we've made a lot of progress healing the wounds they let develop and magically she hasn't developed any new ones (even though they are 'inevitable', per the liars in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit). And even after all this and their harassment of me and my family while she stayed there they've continued to harass us indirectly by contacting her home nurse after release and asking questions/making comments about her and my family. Don't send your family member here if you love them and expect to be treated with any measure of respect/dignity. This place is an utter disgrace, particularly every nurse and employee who works in CPCU.
