Absolutely first class care from every member of staff. Food was restaurant quality and just amazing. Everyone showed incredible compassion and I could tell they enjoyed what they did.

Poor administration. Poor staff training. food very average. I was left unsupervised in their High Needs Unit for 8 hours because they forgot to roster any nurses on. A nurse caused me physical harm by not following correct procedures when removing a drain. Hospital administration just hid the information. Would not recommend them.
