ER is horrible, stay in the hallway for hours while the staff sits at their computers. ER doctor Simone Radnin is rude, too arrogant and defensive to answer questions or listen to your concerns.

My husband had an appointment in cancer center at Staten Island University on May22 2023. worst experience ever. I had to call multiple times to make an appointment for him, never got a call back. Finally I was able to get throw the answering machines. Only in the office we found out that we came to see a different Dr., not the one we requested. Dr gave my husband a CT referral and it was it. They bill my husband insurance for $2800 and on top of it the bill us for some out of network services. never again. Good by SIUH
