Being charged over 1000 dollars when the only thing you did for my infent is check her weight and height. I was un sure of a covid test for me son. And dr cox did nothing to help make me feel comfortable about him testing my son in stead he opted to walk out of the vist. Never even having check my infant daught dr cox was unprofessional and should not be working with children if he has no deescalation skills.

The ER is terrible. I was having an allergic reaction and it was closing down my throat. I never saw a doctor.
Another time I collapsed outside of the ER and they didn’t take me in. I witnessed a doctor walking into the waiting room and disclose confidential info to a patient for all to hear. Another time I was having heart troubles and they sent me away. Sutter downtown has a stellar ER. Sutter Roseville doesn’t.
The other services that I have received at the Medical Foundation and the main hospital have been good. Someone has to inspect the hygiene and the cleanliness.
