Nurses there are very racist especially the front desk registration one and unapproachable. It took 5 hours before I was looked at.

Have been to this site a few times & generally have had no complaints except shortage of nurses which slows things down. BUT the last time was quite different. I had tripped & fallen down some concrete steps landing on my face breaking several teeth, biting thru my lip and getting a laceration to my face & forehead. Because I have a fused neck, the dr. ordered X-Rays & a CT Scan. After waiting almost 1 1/2 hrs, he came back & said everything was ok, and stitched up my lip. I realized later that he hadn’t flushed out the wound & 2 days later I saw my family dr. because it was quite sore & seemed to be swelling. He said that was normal & would get better. Three days later, it was worse & when I took a close look in the mirror, guess what I saw. The idiot doctor had stitched a piece of broken tooth right into my lip!! No wonder it hurt and became infected!!! I wrote a letter of complaint but never got a reply. So, pfft to this place!! 😠

The urgent care is not urgent. The waiting time is much longer than the shift of the workers. The The nurses are useless .the doctors are slow. The receptionists are not helpful at all.

    Trillium urgent care

A2 years ago I went there had great help and fast helpful service.

    Fast forward to July 2016

The doctors are not helpful at all. The nurses are totally useless. I went there in severe pain and they refused to treat my pain or write me a prescription. When they couldnt find out what was wrong from an ultrasound and urine test they refused to check anything else. If you go there pray you do not get an Asian doctor because they do not believe in pain meds. I am not racist but when I used to go for kidney stones and I had white doctors, I would be treated with morphine within 15 minutes. In and out with diagnosis in 3 hours. Now you will sit there for hours with no doagnosis, turned away and left in pain.

The Trillium hospital in Missauga is even worse. They lie to your face sbout test results and misdiagnosis every single time I have been there which is about 5 times. What a terrible place and $20 for parking is insane.

Recently had emergency surgery at this hospital. The bathroom in the ward room was not clean (toliet was dirty for the 3 days I was there) my curtain around bed was missing a panel so no privacy. 2 times I got a meal that had food I could not eat even after I told them my dietary restrictions, one meal I did not recieve and was told that it had been cancelled (by who know one knows) and I never ended up getting anything until lunch which I couldn’t eat due to food restrictions. Head nurse was extremely rude when I mentioned this to her

I was misdiagnosed twice and I've seen friends and family members either misdiagnosed or still couldnt figure out the cause and treatment. Toronto hospitals seem to be a lot better.

Staff are nice but don't have a clue. They took me for an ultrasound and came back to advise they had taken the wrong patient! It's been 2.5 hours and no doctor has seen me yet

Provided family meeting to plan follow up care re terminal diagnosis. Changed plan without advising anyone, cancelled follow up without communication. Abandoned patient had disregard for rudimentary care and human decency. Ageist, condescending and disingenuous at best. Should lose Accreditation. Arrogance and ego's prevail. Should be closed down. Encountered racist physicians.

Lack of customer service. Rude nurses. They don't seem to care about the patient. I would not recommend this place.

Went in unable to bare weight on my left foot. Was sneered at ( I am a chronic pain patient which automatically they assume I'm looking for drugs). I was shuffled through and told it was a sprain.I don't think so. I can't bare weight still, pain is at a 10 and swelling and bruising are horrible. In and out in less than an hour. I don't think they even looked at my xrays.
