They hire nurses who should be washing floors to care for terminally ill patients. Disgusting bed side manners with little to no empathy for the sick. Wake the hell up people and demand better from the system we pay dearly into. Daniela the nurse in the stroke unit is a disgusting , rotten , monster !!! God bless her soul ….

Unfortunately the experience my family but most importantly my dad a stroke victim has received was beyond sad! Ward 325 A A critical stroke unit demonstrated unprofessional and uneducated staff.. Bedside manner was disgusting ! we are dealing with human beings who are not only ill but afraid we are treated like numbers not humans.. If you do not have a family member present at all times to keep an eye on your loved one they will leave there was more issues than when they arrived.. From the unit secretary to multiple nurseries they should be fired!! If you do not want to put 100% of your work ethic daily then you should not be there bottom line no excuses. They are amazing at passing the buck we live in a world that is extremely busy and will always be that way that’s what separates amazing from terrible and Mississauga Trillium especially the stroke unit is terrible!!!
Good bye and I pray that we never need to return good luck to everyone there and I pray to God they receive what they deserve.. 🙏❤️

poor value for money. A number of surgical staff claim to be highly competent but turn out to be otherwise after the procedure. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone for cardiac surgery. You go in with 70% risk of death due to incompetence/inexperience

if you want to die and be abused it might be the place to go….a terrible place..it is all about money, cover up of medical errors, and making more money.

We experience the service was so slow and you can see that nurses are always talking and looks waiting for the time to lapse we also experience that on the front desk she said that 151/97 BP was high for my wife and it can cause stroke but the dr. said it was not high and my wife getting numb but he just ignore it and keep saying that she has no problem at all. He never try to take the blood pressure again just to verify it and we are suprise by that. Then my wife call our family doctor and she told the story and our Dr. has been suprise by that and she told to my wife that result was to high for my wife so I was so disappointed to that Dr. C. I do hope that service will be change because you hold our life.

I want to thank the day surgery nurse, Marina Primary, for taking good care of me and being wonderfully kind and considerate during my micro disc procedure on the 8th—of December 2023 at the Trillium Hospital at 100 Queens Way. Marina is an excellent example of dedicated nursing.

Dr. Discuss rd with man that has traumatic brain injury to discharge home and do tx as outpatient. Nurse not aware trying to read chart for care, passed on to three nurse then to charge nurse Chris ( barely hear him due to the background birthday party going on, he assured me he would give me full attention). Husband have been admitted 2.5 weeks earlier in septic shock, touch and go in icu, released with permanent drai, but Dr Padenou released him back to long term care, no attempt to speak with family after family was assured before deciding next step in care familiarity would be consulted. Not the case, even the nurse denies being in the patient room for conversation. This hospital doesn't seem to hold accountability on many levels…. My opinion

Dirty, rude nurses, money making doctors. A joke of a healthcare system. And the ER doctors are sitting for hours and letting their patients wait for more hours. Getting paid to give no consultation or advice or any kind of service. Joke if a hospital.
