My husband was brought in after a stroke after whipple surgert. Cannot say enough to thank all the staff for their caring quick response. The ER team was amazing. The nurses on the 7th floor were so kind and attentive and a special thank you to Heather the dietician on the 7th floor. You listened to us when noone else would and now my husband is getting the proper pancreatic enzymes to correct his malnutrition after his surgery. Just cannot thank everyone enough

I went there as a visitor to see my wife…bad place to be treated for your problems. RN and PSW are good but doctors a very arogant and they have very little concern for patients problems. They do not want to hear anything but themself..

Always had very excellent service here and staff i dealt with were awesome. People need to be a little bit more understanding on what the staff here deal with on a day to day basis.

Keep up the great work UH………….Thanks, Reg

While in the neuro unit, I was left unsupervised at least twice, resulting in 2 falls and the classification of being impulsive. Neglectful is how I would describe my experience there. Sorry.

My Gastroenterologist / Hepatologist Dr Benson Thomas at the St Thomas Elgin General Hospital referred me to Dr Colquhoun at the University Hospital in London Ontario. I had an appointment with Dr Colquhoun and his associates at University Hospital and after my procedure the Dr sent me to Dr Jairath for a further exam. Dr Jairath and his staff treated me with compassion as did Dr Colquhoun and his staff. The Doctors set up further appointments to follow up on the results of my exams. I cannot say enough about the nurses who treated me when getting me ready for the procedures. They set me up for a chest x-ray on the 2nd floor and when I arrived at the x-ray department I was taken in right away Heather was my x-ray nurse and was also quick to get me in and out after my chest x-ray. I cannot say enough about how I was treated by the Nurses, staff and Doctors at University Hospital. Thank you Sincerely Bill Manchester

They come here to care for others, please treat them with respect. I went to the emergency because I had a blackout, and the nurses treated me very badly. We come here because we need care, please treat us with respect as well. I felt like I was a brother and that I had, better not go to the emergency the nurses have to leave the conversation with each other and that makes them mad.

I will NOT go back to this hospital even if I am dying. They treat you like dirt in the ER. The only part that is good is knee and hip replacement and cardiology. I was misdiagnosed twice both were heart-related. They treat you as a number, not a person. I would give them 0 out of 5.
