We had a fabulous experience through labor, delivery, emergency c-section, and my baby’s NICU stay. We will always choose MU first!

I stopped using this hospital ten years ago after being taken to collection twice. Once for a doctor visit–they could not tell me the doctor or diagnosis, or any reason for a visit, and it was supposedly for a child who would not be born for another four months after said appointment date. Then after wrangling over birth expenses for same child for months, it was finally concluded with the help of my insurance company that the expenses were unallowable because they put them through on my HUSBAND and birth expenses are unallowable for men–good to know, right. So now, because the only specialist was there, we ended up back again, and after five years of care, in which time, I have NEVER not paid a bill, I find myself back in collection for $30. Seriously? I don’t believe I ever received that bill. I know I did not receive a second reminder that I had not paid it, poor customer service, poor amin procedures in general. Choose Boone…
