    They lie to their patients, torture them over extended periods of time, and the hold them in the psych ward when they finally have a nervous breakdown. Bad hospital, crummy doctors, if your so sick you have to come here consider death with dignity.

    You are fools for changing to using an off site Contact Center instead of patients having direct access to the department. Your financial from last fiscal year were already in the tank and your just dragging it down further. Don’t waist your time trying to break into this jail for care. University of Washington isn’t interested in your needs. For god sakes who calls a number that identifys themselves as Nordstrom, all to find out you have reached good will. This what they do. They answer the phone whatever clinic you think your calling, really your talking to someone who doesn’t even know the Disease you may have. Don’t waist your time with this place
